The nation's original Parade of Homes is back for it's 77th year!
From August 12th thru September 4th, 11 builders with 12 new homes in 2 subdivisions will display the latest in home designs and decorating.
OPEN HOURS
Saturdays, Sundays and Labor Day 11am til 5pm
Monday thru Friday 4pm til 8pm

$18 for general admission
$8 for children ages 3 til 12 and Seniors 65+

GERMANTOWN LOCATION:
HWY 45 North to Pilgrim road north exit. Take Pilgrim Road north to Freistadt Rd (about 1 mile north of Mequon Rd). Turn right on Freistadt Road to subdivision on right.
SUSSEX LOCATiON:
Hwy 164 north to Richmond Rd (about 5 miles from Capitol Dr).
Turn left on Richmond Rd to subdivision.
